Welcome home.

A long day, with a round trip to Aberdeen, for a few useful meetings. I missed a train by one minute, which meant I had an hour to wait for the next. Fortunately there's a shopping centre attached to the train station so I spent a pleasant 50 minutes window shopping.

The train was packed so I didn't get a seat until Stonehaven, 20 minutes away. After that it was a relaxing journey and I listened to two episodes of War and Peace. I sent a text saying I'd be home by 9pm and a wine and cheese supper would be appreciated. This is what greeted me when I got home.
