Cake or Dentists?

This morning started with a farewell at the station, and then a walk for Miss Peppa and I along the beach. Peppa, normally being a crazed frisbee fanatic, has recently learned to run after tennis balls. They are slightly less costly to replace than frisbees, so we took the ball launcher and balls with us to the beach. Peppa did really well with it, even bringing the ball back a couple of times!!!!
I found some lovely shells to use as props for a project, and a couple of pieces of sea glass.
After school, I hurried the mini pinks home and into the bathroom for a pre-dentist brush up! We arrived at the dentists about 5 minutes late, so I apologised profusely. The receptionist smiled sweetly and said "well actually, you are a month early. It's the 24th of March not February." Oh. Ok!
So I decided we'd go for tea and cake instead. This is master pink's choice - a raspberry layer cake with chocolate brownie base. I think I'd choose cake over going to dentists any day!
