Caught in the act !

A smuggler with a cask of brandy heads up
from the beach to Merchants Row in
Scarborough's Old Town. Unlikely indeed
when daylight is breaking but this man of
sculptured steel reminds us of the nocturnal
illicit business in this part of the Town in
earlier times.
