Winter mountain village

It snowed all day and I found myself meandering through the village along a less frequented lane to find these beautiful houses. At the end of it, one can sneak down low under a footbridge to access a higher lane. I misjudged it, nearly knocked myself out and understand why it is less frequented!
It has been said before: "one must suffer for their art"!
