well what a wonderful day!!!! I started my new Yoga class, I've practised Yoga on and off (more on than off) never been much good at it but always enjoyed it. I have found a really good teacher and the class is so friendly. Not been practising Yoga for about a year now for one reason or another and didnt realise how much I had missed it. My family have been persuading me recently to begin practising again so I found myself a class and off I went, on my own and came out of it serene and at peace with most of the world.
Didnt think the day could get any better but!!! Took the dogs for a walk with my husband this afternoon up Sewerby cliffs. As we were walking something caught my eye, at first I thought it was a Greyhound but on a double take I realised it was a Doe Deer! She was Springing through the grass, up the cliffs as merry as you like, there were a few dog walkers up there who were as stunned as we were. I had my camera on me as well but I was so stunned with this beautiful creature I couldnt take my eyes away.
The weather this last week has been so glorious and we have waited ssoooooo long for it I hope it lasts for a good while yet.
My Yoga teacher (Louise) said this morning that you should wake up each day and think of three things that you are grateful for. Personally I dont think that is a bad way to start the day. Om Shanti to you all (piece)
