She Who has lived with beavers

Her elder son has always been an animal lover, and for some years he had a beaver who lived, at first, in their bathtub and later in various pens before her son released him to the wild. And so when we saw this fallen cottonwood tree, she recognized the signs of beaver gnawing on it.
