Morning Gold

No blip yesterday. Have been just too busy trying to update a website before March 1st. Late in the afternoon we'd taken Basil to Nanpantan Reservoir where we saw the heron take off from the concrete staging post, but it was too dark to take a photo.

So this morning, I made sure to have my little camera ready when I took Basil for a walk round the estate.

These golden crocuses lit up a lawn on a sunny morning. Close examination suggests they were past their best.

Have to give a talk tonight to camera club.
