Morning glory

It was a beautiful morning today, it didn't stay that way, but a beautiful start to the day.

I saw these croci on the walk to work ( I don't know if that's the plural of crocus and I don't care, I like it). I liked the way they looked in the morning sun and I thought I'd take a shot to dedicate to Mam.

It's my Mam's birthday today. She's spending it down south at my sister's house, but she has her present and I did phone her first thing to sing to her! Who wouldn't want to wake up to that?

Anyway, her favourite colour is yellow and she loves flowers. So these are for my Mam. Happy birthday!
