M25 wanderer

We are in Warwick for the weekend, and got stuck on quite a large queue on the M40 on the way.  This guy was walking along the central reservation at one point - he possibly wanted a cigarette and whoever he was travelling with didn't want smoke in the car, but still.  Idiot.
