Oops!

Dear Diary,

The drama at the seed table continues.  The little chickadees are not shy about going after their seeds even with that cheeky little red squirrel Rudy standing guard at the seed bowl.  One little bird kept hopping closer and closer to the bowl despite Rudy's chattering challenge.

Then Rudy made a mock charge and the little guy hopped backwards and...Oops!...right off the edge!  Of course it was just a temporary embarrassment and he immediately righted him/herself and flew away but I was fortunate to capture the "Oops moment"! 

No problem with getting bored with all this cold weather, high winds and snow.  There is plenty of excitement just 3 feet from my back door!  Nature is pure entertainment and it's all for free!
