Day off in Nong Khiaw

My day was extremely slow, enjoying the relaxing atmosphere of Nong Khiaw. We spent quite a lot of time at a tour company, discussing a custom trekking trip for the next few days.

In the evening we went for a nice Lao meal and had sticky rice (Laos' staple food) with a local sausage and river weed. They mould the rice in to little balls with their hand and then use it to dip/scoop other food.
