Fun and games at the Music for Everyone School
Fred left the room early this morning to wander into town and the maid, who obviously thought we were both out, got the shock of her life when she opened the door as Andy wandered out of the shower ... haha!
We visited the MES again for their one hour lunchtime session. It just happened to be "Happy Wednesday" when they play games so we joined in. It was great fun. In this game, you tie a balloon to your back and your team mates have to run into you to burst it. Not sure what its got to do with music but it was funny ... Andy is just being popped in this pic and Fred is failing to pop. Andy did a 15 minute lesson at the end with his violin getting the kids to clap and sing - he's going to try to get back tomorrow evening to help with some teaching.
We get back to our hotel and are told we must check out tomorrow. They don't speak any English so we're not sure whether its the maid incident or just that they just have a booking. Anyway, we head out to find another hotel for tomorrow night. We try quite a few but eventually find one. Its Chinese New Year so the town is filling up.
We head up Phou Si Hill to the big gold Pagoda on top to watch the sunset, along with a few hundred other people ... nice sunset though.
