I have had this idea for a while - to sort of deconstruct (thats a Masterchef Term haha) Chai Tea. 

I found a recipe, we had all of the ingredients and hey presto!

Then we had the sign off for our house from EQC, there are a few things that they have to touch up, but it's not that major! 

Those repairs feel like they have been going on my whole life!
