Another glorious day stuck inside staring at spreadsheets and Visio diagrams. Actually, I made the mistake of going out at lunch time and it just made the afternoon tougher to deal with.

First day of the Global Corporate Challenge today and even though I've been chained to my desk for most of the day I've still racked up nearly 13,000 steps. Not bad going, but the walk to and from work accounts for around 11,000 of them.

Out for a few beers with a friend tonight which should be good. A nice cold IPA is waiting.
