Hand to a Flame....

So what do you do when you can't sleep?
Usually I make a cup of tea and listen to my music for an hour or so and then try and get back to sleep...tonight (or rather this morning) I decided to get out my camera and mess about with some long exposure shots using the candle we normally burn in the kitchen when I'm cooking...
So having unpacked my tripod and spent ages setting up the shots, I ended up with this one...the ghostly shadows around the candle are my hand....I thoroughly enjoy this type of thing....this one was a 30 second exposure.
