league night

 Managed to bowl surprisingly well tonight despite being fairly out of it.
A weird day at training really took it out of me.  I'm also pretty used to being active through the working day so sitting in front of a flipchart for 7 hours got me spaced out.
Was great to see Annie back at "work". Tomorrow will be a much better day for her.
Good news from a friend finished off my night. Always nice to end on a high....
