Tonsils

Adam was supposed to have his tonsils out today but didn't due to an issue with paperwork! He was supposed to attend a pre op appointment 2 weeks ago which he wasn't aware of as he had never received notification of the appointment. The op was then cancelled as he didn't turn up to the pre op appointment, but again he received no letter to tell him it had been cancelled. He was back home before 9am so we had a lovely family day instead!

Adam now has to go back to his GP who has to refer him back to the specialist who then needs to refer him to the hospital for another appointment which is an 18 week process! Why he can't just have a cancellation I don't know!
