Even the genteel town of Harrogate has its share of street art.
This one bears the words of American politician Patrick Henry in a speech he made to the Virginia convention in 1775 convincing them to deliver troops for the War of Independence. 

I'm not sure why the artist chose this quote, but it adds an educational element to the blip.
