Pulling Mussels From A Shell
Now this is more like it!
Having lost another half pound at weigh-in this morning, and with only another pound and a half to lose till my goal weight, it was time to go to Mangia e Bevi again.
We shared Bada Bing shrimp and then I had the Mussels Marechiara appetiser for my main. The mussels were steamed in a spicy marinara sauce and served with toasted italian bread, and washed down with a nice glass of Farnese Chardonnay. Yum!
