Almost vegan cupcakes

My boyfriend decided to be vegan, so I wanted to try to make some vegan desserts so that I can bake for him. I found this recipe on Pinterest to try out – it was very good! These are 'almost vegan' though, since I didn't have any almond milk left or soya butter for the icing. I think they will be just as good when I make them completely vegan.
