Handover day

Woke up early and rushed around like a mad thing throwing out all kinds of bits and pieces that didn't make the cut. Handed over the keys at 11 and then lugged my luggage, in stages, to the ground floor. Fab taxi ride to the hotel. Tick Tack taxis really have a great service. An SMS telling me when my taxi would arrive (12 minutes) and another when it arrived. Smiling, happy taxi driver who was more than willing to help me load my luggage. 

My room wasn't ready at the hotel so went in to Spevacek to do the final admin, return books, and say bye to people ... Then when I got back to the hotel, my room was ready and I was greeted with this delightful cake and message. Kudos to Boscola Prague (and to booking.com for the fab deal). Also a half bottle of Bohemia Sekt. Went out again to arrange to close my bank account (it takes 14 days!!) Now I'm catching up on blipping, and I have a blog post to write for LiveTEFL and some proofreading to do ... Planning to rise early tomorrow to take photos ... fingers crossed that I manage it. If not tomorrow, Wednesday will be my last chance ...
