Refurbishing the floor.
Old tiles out, PVC laminate in.
We have some earthquake damage: a crack in the floor from one side to another.
So with laminate we will have no more problems with cracks anymore I hope.
We already have it in the livingroom and it's very very strong.
But first: alot of work and I had top rent an electric hammer because The old fashioned way did work for the first part but the rest was very well cemented to the underfloor.
