squiggly eye

Hmm, messing about with the macro lens today produced this image, I seem to have a very red capillary in my eye.

I'm not feeling so grand today, I've been taking statins for six weeks now and whilst  I'm told they'll reduce my cholesterol level they are giving me a few unwelcome side effects, the worst of which is the lethargy and aching muscles, so much so I've stopped training for the past couple of weeks, I seem to have no energy.

I'm going to force myself out for a run tonight though, just a couple of miles to see if I can kick start myself, first race in six weeks.
