Culinary challenge

"Management" threw down the gauntlet and suggested I couldn't make a decent twice baked cheese souffle.

The words, rag, bull and red sprang to mind and I dug out the necessary cookbooks (plural) found the required ingredients and equipment and .... voila. Two of them in fact.

So a reciprocal arrangement was agreed
