Welcome Friends

I didn't want to take another snowy photo and I didn't go anywhere interesting this weekend.  I was trying to think of a Blip for today and I thought, why not invite you inside.  I love seeing other people's homes and gardens so why not share mine.

This photo was shot while I was standing in my family room facing towards the front of the house.  What you see is part of my kitchen and then continuing straight on, my living room.  When we bought this house years ago, we fell in love with the size of the property and yard more than the house itself.  Over the years we have done many construction changes and an addition which is now our family room.

I love when the weather changes and we are able to spend more time outside.  It's almost like you have a giant extension to your house where you can get fresh air and sunshine.  Having had such a snowy winter I am looking forward to it more than usual.  .
