illegal dump

Illegal dumping is another reason we need to move.  I waited 3 weeks to see if the city would pick up a dresser that was dumped here 4 weeks ago.  They didn't so I called & it was removed. Next trash day a table appears & unseen in this photo a mattress has been dumped 150' down the alley. The city the concentration of lower income residents through regulation changes & most are to poor to haul items to the dump & to self centered to break up items like this table & put in trash can.
