Westward Ho!

Up early to get to Westward Ho! as very high tides today and we were promised strong winds....so there was a hope for interesting seas.
Sadly the winds did not appear so the waves were just a bit more wild than normal, but not what I'd wanted or expected sadly. 
Oh well, I am very sure those who live near rivers/water were glad that they did not have to suffer with flooding. They have had enough - more than their fare share recently.
