Waking Up The Neighbours

Up for a run so early that I actually disturbed all the wildlife as is obvious here .

Two minutes before they were all asleep dreaming of geesey wonderland and whatever things they dream of

I come running past ( I say running, clumbering may be more an accurate description ...) and they are all standing up right , doing little birds " WTF" s and fleeing as quick as they can

Some swam, some flew , some stubborn ones just stood and spat

Anyway it was grand to be out for the only decent hour of the day . I was up and at it doing some sprint sessions to Eye of The Tiger because I am that cliche! Also feeling chipper as found out last night that I won an award for most improved over 40 female at our annual awards dinner . Not that I was there but it was fab to know I have an award coming my way. I may have mentioned this before, but Saltaire Striders are a brilliant bunch .
