Polmaise Castle (2)

Several information boards have been provided around our area pointing out local features and relevant bits of history. The boards near Tinkers Loan have a picture of Polmaise Castle circa 1960. it is just possible to see the ruined roof , but also quite clear is the arched entrance with the dated pillars which I blipped on Friday
