Teasels by Early Light

I missed a bright pink and blue sky this morning, misjudging the dawn light.  Still an early morning walk seemed the best chance of seeing some sunshine today.  The forecast was spot on and within half an hour of sunrise the clouds had thickened to the point where no shadows were being thrown.  After my comments about using my 16-35mm the most, I decided to change lenses and look for an image with the 70-200mm.  

I've also been reading about diffraction in cameras.  I found a useful video which explains it pretty well.  Worth a watch if you have the time.
