Going underground

Having completed yet another set of night shifts in the ED on Friday morning, and having been starved of "normal life" for all that time, I headed to London for a very welcome (albeit chilly), trip to meet up with Boyko, a work colleague who introduced me to the Blipfoto community.

Was good fun and a welcome relief from the strains of my working life; me trying out my new camera happily clicking away, and Boyko endlessly patient with explanation as to what the numbers and letters mean on these proper cameras....I think I get it now....

So - We had some fantastic pictures from the bridges, the streets, and the underground, and were even treated to a great band playing outside Oxford
Circus station.

So many pictures to choose from, but this one I enjoy and for me, captures a myriad of sentiments.
