Red or White

Just a reminder. Half way through the weekend, was it, will it be, red or white. In New Mexico, the state question is 'red or green?' and that refers to the type of chili you preferred. The red being the chili that was left to ripen a bit longer. Lots of philosophical recipes get discussed, and then you have to include the mild, medium or hot index. I become a chili snob and never accepted anything but hot, as long as a side of sour cream was available.

For a prime Pinot Noir land like Oregon, red or white questions will frustrate the less than confident decision maker. When viewing this wine selection, from the newest branch of the business I work for, one's head may spin a little faster. But wait, this is only a small section of the wines offered.

We settled for the French La Vielle Ferme Vin Blanc in a box.
