Another day in the slow lane

More resting today. I missed my spin class as I am still recovering. Decided to go for a cuppa n cookie at the shops. A woman lost her car keys which I handed in.....20mins later I saw her go and as for them.
I honestly have the motto....purse, keys, phone for when I am out. Anything else can be forgotten.
Called in to see R & M and stayed for a cuppa. They are well and looking forward to Tuesday.
