Foxtrail

Down to Foxlake after work for a 10k trail run. Fell flat on my face half way through the race, but bounced back up to manage a respectable time (49 minutes) and placing (18th). Lovely night for a run and the night sky was stunning as we ran along the beach side.

Spent the afternoon at work accompanied by a stream of the Spectres debut album. A brilliantly squalling noise.
