Glasgow - Stepping Stone to Scotland

I came across this interesting display in the Glasshouse at Queen's Park.  I guess Glasgow's airport and Central Station are the arrival points for so many visitors to our beautiful country.  

The banana tree is doing well in the Glasshouse - another crop emerging.  So we can grow bananas here .... given the right conditions!
