Visited The Whitworth Art Gallery in Manchester this afternoon. It reopened to a great fanfare last weekend after a major refurbishment.

Cornelia Parker has been given the accolade of filling the main spaces in the gallery. She has certainly proved to be a draw as the place was packed, proving that Mancunians can appreciate art other than that painted by Lowry!

Cold Dark Matter was, perhaps, the highlight.
