Family time

Last night, my mum and dad came over to join in on Rich’s Magical Mystery Tour which, against all odds, seems to have been an actual surprise.  

We had planned this around his birthday last year but mum got flu so last night, we finally managed to pull it off.  We had a wonderful evening with superb food and great conversation.  Today, we enjoyed a walk around Swinsty reservoir (although this is looking into Fewston) with a chilly breeze but dappled sunshine before heading into Ilkley for a bite to eat.  

They’ve now headed home and we’re having a chill out afternoon followed by an evening of Newsroom, our new box set.
