The beginning and the end ...

I loved this book and would commend to fellow blippers who have an interest in St. Andrews and photographic history. Fascinating stuff. I got very excited to read about current day friends from Crail who featured in the book too, being University types and very clever.

I felt that the wonder and fear of being alive in the Victorian times when discoveries were being made about evolution and geology was well portrayed too.
