It's tough in Lancashire

Now my youngest is 16 she can legitimately run  shorter senior fell races and off we went to the Trough of Bowland for a little cracker. There was hail and snow and sun and wind, but the runners loved it!  . The ascent to the ridge appeared at times to be near vertical. The final, very speedy descent, is off that summit in the distance.  A grand day out!
The fun continues this evening with a film date with Earthdreamer!!!!
