Chinatown

Took myself off to Liverpool for the day. Left Chris and the car at home and went by train. Met up with my old school friend Janet for lunch and a natter and a wander round the shops which I haven`t done for ages.
Prior to meeting up with Jan, I took myself off for a walk through the city. Up Bold St. to see the bombed out church of St. Lukes then on through to Nelson St. and the Chinatown arches, onwards to the Albert Dock and across to Liverpool One. There is a fantastic diversity of buildings throughout the city and it was lovely to see, despite the rain and the noisy Betsiktas fans who where there for the match against Liverpool.
