Primal Scream

If ever there was a perfect spot for a deep roaring primal scream it's this.
The Birks o' Aberfeldy. Stunning all year round and this morning I had a quick ralk round in the bare and snow dusted trees. Rather icy underfoot but therapeutic to pound the copper leaf strewn track after an emotional few days.
Top tip when you run away is don't invite your demons along too! Aaarghhhh
