Old York

We took a day trip to York today. We started at the National Railway Museum. Mark and his Dad enjoyed all of the engineering... I particularly liked all of the royal carriages; they dated from Victorian era right up to the present day. Here are Amy and James in front of Queen Victoria's carriage.

Then we walked into York City centre to see York Minister and to wander around the historical streets. James loved the fact that every other shop seemed to be selling fudge or chocolate!
