Glasgow City Centre

In town just after 9 o'clock this morning but unfortunately the phone shop I wanted didn't open till 9.30 ....... frustration! When I left home it was raining and the sky had a very menacing appearance and by the time I arrived in town the dark clouds were still gathering. To pass the time I took a few photos but none really inspired so I played around with the image and here we have before and after!
