Working Legs...
Yaaaaaaaaaa!! My legs are finally starting to feel normal again since .the jumping game. I really must have either never used those muscles before or just didn't properly prepare them for what they were about to attempt.
I've never really practiced the traditional british team sports and past times and so always found the whole 'warm-up' and 'warm-down' thing a bit odd or just didn't understand it. To me, a warm up is just not going hammer and tongs until at least 5 mins in.
That said, I am beginning to see faults in my method. I've noticed that I do get particular bad cramping at night after strenuous exercise and I guess I'd have to admit my body isn't as young as I try to push it these days
