What a horrid day ..

.. which isn't always a bad thing! It was so wet and rainy that I knuckled down and did all sorts of boring old indoor jobs ..

Went out for a brief bit of shopping in the afternoon and then sat by a local river, crocheting in my van whilst drinking a Costa coffee - small pleasures!

Here's a kestrel who landed close by .. (then took off again - obviously!)
