Great Grandparents

These handsome people are my great grandparents on my mother's side.  (For Jackson, Elliott, and Nora, these would be your great great great grandparents!)

Caroline Robinson Bradley married Homer B. Smith some time in the 1870's, and produced two children -- Homer B. Smith Junior (nicknamed "Dodger") and ten years later my grandmother Helen, born 127 years ago this week.  Sadly,  Caroline died when my grandmother was only 3 years old.  After Caroline's death, Homer married her sister Frances, (known in our family as "Aunt Frank") who raised Helen as if she were her own.
