Nighttime Corner

This evening we headed into to town for a progressive dinner. Hamburgers & beer at a corner bar, wine & dessert at an upscale establishment, coffee & business at a tourist gift shop. The corner bar offered a great view of the street corner shown here and is testament to the power of digital. I shot this blind, with my camera sitting on the bar and me not reviewing the LCD between shots. I kept pushing the button until Disco, cook and barkeep, approved of the image he saw on the back of my camera. While peddling photos and hangings at the coffee shop later, a customer bought two of Shelley's creations, which we had dropped off a half hour earlier. That sale and payment for some of my notecards almost paid for our evening on the town.
