A Bright Start

After yesterday's dreadful rain, I awoke to beautiful sunshine. I've said it many times, but I do appreciate being in my house and seeing the lovely light, so while the kettle was boiling, I grabbed my nice camera and took a few pictures! And consequently you're getting another picture of my stairs!

I headed out to Mum's at lunchtime, and tried to replicate T's porridge for my mum and I. It turned out pretty nice!

I had to go to Woking for an appointment at my bank. I want to borrow a little money to do my garden and a few little things, and the appointment said 2 hours and 30 minutes! The last thing I wanted was to be stuck inside on such a lovely day, but it was fairly straightforward, and it only took an hour. Now for the financial guru (aka, my dad!) to check it all over and make sure I haven't signed my life away, and I'll be good to go.

I did a few little errands on my way home, then Ro and I took Little B for a 'carry' around the cul-de-sac! I'm not sure it was exactly what he had in mind, but he's absolutely stir crazy being at home 24/7, so we hoped to lift his spirits a little. He had a snuffle in the bushes, and we looked for his favourite thing, pussycats!

I went to gym this evening, but by 10pm, half an hour before it finishes, I was done. I'm finding it a real struggle to go in the week, which is a shame, as I thought I would have more energy as it's half term. Apparently not....
