Happy Birthday

Well this is some thing I never do photography food, but very good reason today, now this is no ordinary Afghan biscuit these are made in the golf club and thy are the best, and so are the meat pies.

Any way back to the biscuit and candle the candle way given to me by our oldest son for my birthday  a few years ago I got a big bag of them,  and I discovered today that I hadn't used them all up, how lucky because today is my birthday not a blip but my day, its been a very quite day except for the ribbing I got at golf for a jumper that I had slipped on inside out, well I was in a hurry I was running late.

As the boss is away still on his bucket list trip, I decided to go to a Art Deco festival on Saturday it should be a load of fun the event has be reduced from 2 days down to 6 hours, I have to go because next year it might not even happen, I am staying in that little cottage that we stayed in a month or so ago, at least it will be quitter than Wanaka with the big Tri Athlon on Saturday, a full and a half event, so lots of athlete in town its a huge event so I guess that you will be seeing a few hundred people swimming biking and running.
