Chinese gu-zheng

This Chinese music instrument is called gu-zheng . Sometimes it is nicknamed 'the Chinese piano'. It usually has 21 strings.

As part of all the Chinese New Year celebrations, this Thai-Chinese player is  demonstrating the sound of Chinese music on this 'gu-zheng'.
